New Years Eve is always about putting the year to rest and starting anew. As the years go by some are better than others. I’ve been lucky this particular year and look forward to 2009. Over the holidays a friend of mine lost his mother, dealing him a serious blow. I know many people struggling with money, broken relationships, and unmet dreams. What’s great about today is that the fortunate and unfortunate have reasons to celebrate with the beginning of a new year. Carpe diem.
